Monday Night

Time

Kids – 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Adults – 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. (Adults are welcome to join the kids’ class)

Thursday Night

Time

Kids – 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Adults – 7 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. (Adults are welcome to join the kids’ class)

If you are interested in trying out karate or joining a local club, you are welcome to come and practice with us. Your first month is free of charge.

SHINTANI WADO KAI KARATE

The karate that we practice is based on the style developed by Hanshi Masaru Shintani.

Sensei Shintani, 10th Dan (Jūdan) was the Supreme Instructor of Wado Kai Karate in Canada and the founder of the Shintani Wado Kai Karate Federation (SWKKF).
